In addition to our on-site services, we offer online remote support.
If you’re having trouble with your Mac and you have access to the Internet, Eddie can remotely access and control your computer (only with your permission each time, of course). This allows him to fix problems when an on-site visit isn’t possible.
We also offer phone and email remote support. All support is billed in 15 minute increments.
