Yes, Eddie is a Mac expert that has been using Apple products professionally for over 20 years, and We Speak Tech clients often share their appreciation for the depth and breadth of his knowledge. But knowledge alone doesn’t make for great training. Eddie believes that if you’re going to learn something, you should be able to enjoy the process of learning it.

Eddie will walk you through and demystify the editing tools in Photos, keywords for sorting and finding photos fast, face recognition for family members and using photo locations. Learn all of these things and more from an experienced graphic designer and photo editor. We can take on as much or as little as you’d like to during any session.

• Enjoy sharing your photos with slideshows, beaming photos to your TV, and sharing albums online with family & friends. Create beautiful printed photo projects like books, calendars and mugs, and get access to professional-quality prints, enlargements and retouching.

• Learn the best ways to use Mac applications like Finder & file organization, Safari & web browsing, Apple Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, Address Labels, Messages, FaceTime and more.

• Manage and make sense of your passwords. Eddie will help you choose the method that’s best for you, including iCloud Keychain, password management apps and secure, encrypted password lists.

• Turn on local Time Machine backup and set up an online backup service, so you never risk losing the documents, pictures, music, movies, e-mail or anything else you wouldn’t want to part with.

• Learn software applications on your Mac or iOS devices like iMovie, Pages, Keynote, Numbers, GarageBand, Final Cut Pro, iTunes, Logic Pro, Things, iScrapbook and more.
