Remote support and training
During a session, we work together on your computer (with myself connected remotely) and we can talk back and forth while working. It’s very secure and there’s no additional software to install. There’s no minimum time for a session and support is billed in 15 minute increments. We also offer support via phone and email, billed in the same way.
